Habitat lessons first grade free
This is our first visit to the STEM lab and we are building habitats for mammals, since we have learned about them in the classroom and the students have some background knowledge about their basic needs. This lesson could easily be taught in a regular classroom setting during science instruction.
From frogs in a bog to bears in their lair, animal habitats are just plain fun. Children love to explore nature and most young students respond enthusiastically to lessons about animals.
